Can I get a refund if I change my plans?

Generally, tickets are non-refundable; however, if you have selected insurance within the “extras” section, which is one of the last steps when booking your Amsterdam Nightlife Ticket, you can contact customer service for a refund. If you didn’t, you can contact hello@nightlifeticket.nl with why you requested a refund, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
